Registrar

If you need verification that you graduated from high school, and/or need an Official or Un-Official transcript, please see your options below:
 
Requesting School Documents, Transcripts, Proof of Enrollment, etc:
 
Transcripts Only:
A.   If you graduated in 2004 or earlier, your transcript requests MUST be done through the PUSD Mailroom/Archive Office. Phone #: 909-397-5050.      
B.   If you graduated or have been enrolled between 2005 to the present, please do the following:
1.    Access the DRHS website (http://diamondranch.pusd.org/) and click Transcripts on the top right corner or under the Student Tab and that will take you to the Parchment.com website. Please follow the prompts for setting up an account.
NOTE: This service is on contract with Pomona Unified Schools District and will allow the DRHS Registrar to send your transcripts electronically to any requested institution or specific address. This processing usually takes about 3 to 5 days currently.
 
All Other types of Requests (including Transcripts):
2.    Access the DRHS website and under Our School, select Request Records. Fill out the online form and your request will be emailed to a staff member for processing. Please allow a minimum of 3 school business days for your document(s) to be completed and ready for pickup or mailed out.
3.    When ready for pick-up, documents will be held in the Administration Office at DRHS. Our office staff is there to help with what you need and the pickup of any previous requested documents.
