It was wonderful to attend the Tea for the Soul event on April 9, 2026, hosted by the Pomona Optimist Club. This special gathering brought together PUSD high school senior young ladies to experience empowerment in action and connect with inspiring community leaders. The Pomona Optimist Club focuses on preparing young women for life after high school, including the challenges they may face in college and, for many, living away from home. Thank you to the Optimist Club of Pomona for creating such a meaningful and uplifting event.
