On-Campus COVID Testing available to ALL Students

Diamond Ranch as well as all schools across PUSD is offering free and voluntary, weekly COVID-19 testing at our school site until further notice. The testing will occur on a weekly basis for students and staff beginning the week of Monday, January 31, 2022. We will offer the saliva-based PCR COVID test and when necessary, the nasal swab antigen test will be available upon request. Students are requested to have a signed Parent Consent form in order to test.

A link to the COVID results of the saliva-based PCR test will be e-mailed when the test results are available. The results will be sent to the primary parent’s e-mail, as designated on Q Parent Connect, so please use the email provided at the beginning of the school year. Additionally, you will be able to go directly to this website to access results: https://st3healthportal.pointnclick.com If it is your first time logging in, please click, “Sign up for an account” and register. Use the primary parent e-mail account, then you will be prompted to create your own password. You will also be asked for a student agency code, which is: Pusdstu

PCR saliva-based test results will post by 7:00 a.m. the following morning. The antigen nasal swab test results will be texted to the provided cell phone number on the same day of the test. Students under the age of 13 will not be tested without permission from a parent or guardian. Your student can pick up a copy of the consent form to take home at our Lower Administration building. You can also access the form by clicking the following link: https://proudtobe.pusd.org/apps/pages/Parents.

The completed consent form must be returned to your student’s school site prior to testing. By California law, students ages 13 and older do not require parental consent; however, we are offering parental consent forms to all parent(s)/guardian(s).

It is important to the Pomona Unified School District that you are fully informed regarding the process. If you have any questions or concerns, please visit the website at www.pusd.org. As a reminder, please keep your student(s) home if they are sick, exhibiting COVID like symptoms, and/or have tested positive and are therefore required to quarantine. Thank you in advance for your participation and your commitment to keeping our school community safe and healthy.
